When should we repaste our GPUs?
Typically around 2 to 3 years of regular use. Tell tale signs are if your GPU fans spin really fast and loud during load, such as when gaming. This is because the thermal paste might have dried out. Which in turn causes poor thermal transfer, and high GPU die and hotspot temperatures. The fans will automatically spin faster to try to reduce the temperatures.

How can I check my GPU temperatures?

Download and install free temperature monitoring software into your PC, such as HWinfo. Run it before you play a game, or benchmark, and monitor the highest temperatures recorded for your GPU.
Dismantle your GPU

To reapply the thermal paste on the GPU die. You will have to disassemble the heatsink from the PCB. Clean off the old thermal paste from the GPU die, and reapply a fresh layer. Then reassemble the heatsink with the fans, and tighten the screws to ensure proper pressure between the heatsink cold plate and the GPU die.
Test your GPU again

Run HWinfo with your GPU back in your PC. And load the GPU again with a game or benchmark. Monitor the temperatures and the GPU fan speed. If we did a good job, the GPU and GPU hot spot temperatures should have been lowered. And due to that, the average GPU fan RPM should have been reduced as well, which means less noise from the fans during load!

GPU temperature reduction services
Is your old GPU running hot and loud? A nice clean and repaste could bring it back to its stock condition!
Its possible to reduce GPU hotspot temperatures that are running as high as 107 degrees celsius, to 84 degrees, with cleaning and repaste.
I can deep clean and repaste your GPU for you. And ensure that it runs cooler than before.
