Budget Gaming Build
$800 Budget White Gaming PC
CPU: Ryzen 5600 - $116 (Aliexpress)
GPU: used RTX 3070 8GB $320 (Carousell)
MB: JGINYUE B550 AM4 MATX $105 (Aliexpress)
RAM: Kllisre DDR4 32GB 3200MHz White $53 (Aliexpress)
SSD: 1TB Crucial E100 5000MB/s Gen4 $75 (Laser Distributor)
COOLER: UPSIREN Walrus Assassin 90 $29 (Aliexpress)
PSU: MONTECH AP 550W 80+ White (Tier E) $49 (Tech Deals)
CASE: Sama M203 Argb White(4Fans) TG mATX $55 (Dynacore)
Total: $802 SGD

Why did we choose those parts?
CPU: Ryzen 5600 is a reliable budget gaming CPU, for >$120 its a pretty good deal
GPU: The Nvidia 3070 8GB is a benchmark midrange GPU 4 to 5 years ago, it can play most games from 4 to 5 years ago well. The 8GB VRAM is the limiting factor, so other GPUs to consider are the AMD 6700xt 12GB for around $300~$400 SGD, or the AMD 6800 / 6800xt 16GB for around $450 to $500+ SGD.
Its not easy to find a white 3070 or 6700xt, so the best solution would be to dismantle the fan shroud, backplate, and spray paint them white ourselves for less than $10 SGD worth of spray paint.
MB: I have not tested the JGINYUE B550 AM4 MATX motherboard before. JGINYUE does not have a great BIOs nor a ton of BIOs updates, but they usually work fine if you are not particular about BIOs features like fan curve adjustments
RAM: The Kllisre DDR4 32GB 3200MHz White RAM works well, no complaints and great value for the low price.
SSD: 1TB of SSD storage is the minimum in my opinion for current PCs with the large file size of games and programs. Speed isn't that important but this set is really cheap for its 5000MB/s gen 4 transfer speed.
COOLER: The Upsiren cooler works well with midrange and low end CPUs, its looks great, is cheap and even has a digital display, great value for the low price.
PSU: Even though the MONTECH AP 550W 80+ White is a Tier E power supply. It should work well enough with our low power CPU and GPU. The safer option would be the Tier C, FSP 550 Watts Bronze HV 85+ Pro PSU at $58 from Bizgram Asia. Its more expensive but rated better on the SPL PSU tier list
CASE: A pure white mATX case, with 4 ARGB fans, good airflow, at ONLY $55? Its an excellent deal for the low cost. Cases with the same colour and 4 ARGB fans would easily cost $80 to $120 from more established brands.

Mid Range Gaming Build
$1500 Minimalist Mid Range Black
CPU: Ryzen 7600 (CPU and MB from Tradepac)
MB: ASUS TUF GAMING B650EM-E WIFI $408
GPU: Powercolor Amd Radeon Reaper RX9060XT 16GB Twin Fan GDDR6 $540 (Dynacore)
RAM: CRUCIAL PRO DDR5 BLACK 6000MT/s CL36 32GB $129 (Dynacore)
SSD: 2TB Adata Legend 860 6000MB/s Gen4 Nvme Ssd $155 (Dynacore)
COOLER: THERMALRIGHT PEERLESS ASSASSIN 120 SE $42 (Dynacore)
PSU: COOLERMASTER G800 GOLD NON MODULAR PSU (Tier B) $105 (Laser Distributor)
CASE: LIAN LI A3-mATX MESH BLACK (no fans) $109 (Vii PC on Lazada)
Total: $1488 SGD

Why did we choose those parts?
CPU: 7600, the 6 core, 12 thread, non default PBO OC AM5 CPU. Its a decent gaming CPU, decent production CPU, it gets us on to the AM5 platform for a cheap cost of around $200 SGD. And if we ever want to go all out and upgrade to a 9800x3d for top tier gaming FPS, we just have to swap out the CPU and keep everything else!
GPU: The AMD 9060xt 16GB would play any games, even the modern AAA ones, at decent framerates even with Ray Tracing enabled, whether its at 1440p or even 4k resolutions. Its due to the 16GB VRAM for frame buffering, and the new RDNA 4 chips have pretty good ray tracing capabilities, almost comparable to the Nvidia cards. And at $540 SGD its around $100 less than its competitor, the 5060ti 16GB
MB: A nice looking motherboard with thick, black VRM heatsinks. It has wifi 6E, bluetooth, 2.5G lan. It also has a heatsink for its PCIE 5.0x4 Nvme slot. The main slot for the GPU supports PCIE 5.0 x 16. Overall its ready for the fastest GPUs, and also the fastest NVME ssds as well. All these features for around $200 sgd is a great deal.
RAM: We went for 6000MT/s CL 36 RAM to save some money while getting almost similar performance to the optimal 6000 CL 30 RAM. 32GB of DDR5 RAM at $129 is a pretty good price.
SSD: at this budget I really recommend 2TB or even 4TB of NVME ssd storage. Games are huge in file size nowadays, and they are getting larger by the year. Having the additional storage space is also good for storing video files, running local AI models and other productivity work. Its also a 6000MB/s gen 4 drive, for $155
COOLER: The thermalright peerless assassin 120 SE is a great performing cooler with no RGB and frills, for $42.
PSU: The coolermaster G800, 800 W PSU is the cheapest tier B PSU I can find, at $105. We could go for 850W tier C PSUs from Thermalright, but they will cost slightly more. Also having a tier B PSU means we can upgrade our GPU to a premium 5080 or 9070xt with peace of mind that it should keep our GPU safe.
CASE: The LIAN LI A3-mATX MESH cases is one of my favorites for a smallish form factor PC build. Its almost as small as an ITX case, but supports mATX case and larger GPUs for very good compability. The downside is that it doesn't come with extra fans, but they aren't really necessary since the sides of the case are so near the GPU and CPU intake fans. Aesthetically its also really sleek and unassuming, with no RGB. It would look great on a the table of a minimalist setup.
